Secure Communication Between ALL DVRs
Each DVR Server linked to the monitoring station is completely protected by a secure VPN with dedicated firewalls. This prevents unauthorized viewers from viewing the DVRs remotely over the Internet. The POS Security infrastructure uses a layered approach to security. Treating each client's video with the same sensitivity of a bank transaction.
Helpdesk Audit Trail
The POS Security monitoring station uses a fully automated incident tracking database as a complete audit trail. All alerts are instantly logged to this secure database including the date, time, camera, and photograph of the alert. The operators cannot delete tickets, giving each client a full snapshot of the previous night's events.
